Peter's week...

OK... so a fun little excursion to Phoenix to visit my friends the Foulgers and to check out a teaching opportunity at EVIT that looked interesting.  Fun to catch up with them at their beautiful home, get some sun, eat fresh fruit off the tree plus a lot of other good food.  For years Jeff has been trying to convince me to come cycling with them (motor bikes) in the desert and we finally got a chance to go.  He has three really nice KTM bikes and the day was just perfect!  Here's the video:  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xggai03TZtU

Drove down in the Z4 and then back to Las Vegas for a couple of days at the National Association of Broadcasters trade show which is all about filming, studios, broadcast, etc. Pretty cool stuff.  The big thing this year is 3D TV and most places I went, I was looking at 3D images.  Sony had a bunch of footage from the Masters over the weekend and in 3D, it was spectacular...just like standing on the green with the guys!

Back Tuesday night and new carpet in on Wednesday and Thursday...so far really looks nice.  Had surprise visits from Hayden and from Zannie so with Derek and Wally and Rachel...the house was full--every bed! I love it!

This morning up early and FINALLY got the Mooney in the air for the first time since October!  It was a great morning and we buzzed down to Nephi where they have a good little airport and we shot a bunch of landings.  The instructor is pretty good.  She's a farm girl from Iowa and is a good, methodical teacher.  Had a couple of really good landings and a couple that were a little bouncy.  Plane ran well though and looking forward to another session in the morning.

Frank and fam made a pit stop in Orem before heading to St. George for a family vacation.  First vacation in the new galactic cruiser (new van) and it was FULL of little people and their kwan.  Hope they have a good time.

That's all for now!
