seriously doubt the future of the company! The new Executive VP of
Engineering that they hired while I was in Costa Rica is really great.
I've had several meetings with him this week and he's rapidly got to
the root of some core issues and is working to get them resolved.
He's brought in some good talent as well so things on that front are
looking very positive. But, a few calls with some customers on Friday
raise some concerns so we'll see how those get addressed in the next
few weeks. Always a roller coaster!
So finally got caught up in all of my journals and now have the latest
Costa Rica journal, photos and videos posted online. Maybe only me
that reads them but never the less, I feel compelled to put them
together. Wish I had more time to edit. Spent part of the weekend
devouring the new Star Trek DVD that Jessica got me for Christmas and
watching all of the "how they made it" segments...."Fascinating!"
(Spock). Would love to edit the travel segments that way but not in

Had a good weekend with Anna and Steve here for dinner, games and
general chillin. Started to look at carpet to replace mine but got
discouraged at the vast quantity of options available and need someone
to come help me. Clint Sessions is working away on Rachel's shower
and is doing tile instead of cultured marble. It looks very nice and
should solve the problem.
