Hi Everyone;
Earlier in the week, Shannon and I went with Tyler on his 4th grade hike to Mountain Pass. We came in from the back side near East Canyon reservoir. After hiking just half way, Shannon and I wolfed down some lunch with Tyler, bid him good luck, and jogged all the way back down so we could get Shannon to a meeting. I was racing around canyon curves while Shannon was getting ready in the back seat. She was trying to keep from throwing up while putting on her suit for work.
Just giving a quick update on the past week. Football for the boys over! It was a sad, yet happy time as the clock wound down to a 28-0 defeat of Jordan's team. No more practices, no more abandoning our daughters on Saturday. The games ended at noon and we just sat and stared at each other--wondering what to do with all the extra time on our hands. Just as we were leavingthe game I caught a picture of two boys with "Thing 1" and "Thing 2" printed on their jerseys. Pretty funny. Jordan made some yummy biscuits with marshmallows on the inside for his 7th grade career class.
