Hunter's

Hello from the Happy Hunting Halloweener's.  We've had a fun weekend with Michael being here arriving on Thursday.  He flew from Oakland to Salt Lake, Thursday night after work.  On the the way to the airport he was thinking to himself how much he would like to find someone he knew on the flight to visit with.  As he was walking up to stand in the boarding line he walked right past Nan who was also on her way to Salt Lake.  He was pleasantly surprised and happy to see her.
Kayla and Cami both had concert's this week.  Kayla's was Tuesday night at Timpview High School.  The symphonic band played four numbers finishing the evening with a number titled  "Ghost Train".  It was a wonderful concert and I especially enjoyed having Cami come with me.  It's great to see her every once and a while. Friday night Cami played with the BYU symphonic band.  They also played four numbers finishing with "Fiesta" which had been a festival number for Timpview in the past.  Sam Hayden and date came as well as Nan and her sister Lauren. Michael and I went and took Cami out to ice cream after.  It was a great  night out.
Kayla left Thursday for Anaheim California to compete in two marching band competitions.  I received word they swept both competitions receiving the highest awards given at both competitions.  Pretty Amazing !!!!!!!  Andrew dressed as a firefighter and went with Alyssa, a Jedi, to march in the Canyon Crest Halloween parade. They were so cute walking together.  Friday night we attended the ward trunk or treat, Paisley as Indiana Jones, and then off to Uncle Dave's and Uncle Pete's neighborhoods to get additional candy.  I made sure everyone had hot chicken noodle soup in their tummies before going and the confiscated the candy after they got back.  What a mean mom?  Michael has been running around today doing scout stuff and Saturday we plowed our garden under getting ready for winter.  It was a fun weekend !!
