News

News report by Larsen Webb: We're alive! Yes there are still Webbs on this earth..... barely.  Coming from the muddy land of Raft River, we Webblets have our days full of activities.

Boston played his heart out in the last basketball game of the season last night.  The team successfully made it to the championship game and somehow fell short of the win. His team is made of young growing boys who have potential of being tall athletes in the future; they just need to grow up a bit.  His season was good as he has enjoyed practicing every day after school and interacting with his teamates.

As for me, my team is playing the second game of districts tonight (Thursday) at seven at Glennsferry, ID.  There are three teams in our districts and the state is only allowing one team from our district to go to the state playoffs.  This means that we have to win the conference in order to make it to state.  The team we play tonight is ranked number one in the state with us right behind them as the number two team, so it should be a good game tonight.  Hopefully we can pull off the win and become champs! Yeah!

Other than basketball, things are the usual around here.  The Father is continuing to be successful as he manages the dairy and takes Howard Dean dog for rides in the muddy farm truck.  Mother is still a devoted college student attending ISU. She's headed down the homestretch as she finishes up her last semester of school. Wahoo!  Grandma Webb is also doing well in our home.  She goes to most of the home games and sits in her little wheelchair in the corner of the gym.  It has been a lot of fun to have her with us.  She is like another sibling as she keeps Boston and I in line.  It is always fun to see her when I come home.

Hayden is attending school at BYU- idaho. schwoozing on the ladies and such.  Yeah..... don't really know whats going on up there but he seems to be enjoying life.  Kendrick and Megan are up in northern Idaho getting ready for the baby on the way.  They are scheduled to find out if it is a boy or a girl this weekend if all goes well, so we will see.

Anna and Stephen are just a few weeks behind Kendrick and Magan in the baby process.  Stephen is also finishing his last semester of college and will start graduate school when he gets the desire.  Meanwhile anna continues to teach at Evergreen Jr. High.  Stuart is working on the farm and commutes from his apartment in Pocatello every day.  His dating life continues in a direction no one knows but hey, it works.

Jessica and Clayton are still on the other side of ther world and get to talk to us often on the video chat.  It is always good to hear from them and the European life they are taking advantage of. They went to Belgium last week.  Im hoping for a vacation to Europe as soon as I graduate; I'll keeping working on those parents of mine.  Ok, I think I've briefly covered all the bases.  Big game tonight for me so I better get in the zone.  Thats all folks! Thanks for having me.---------The Webb Fam
