Michael is in L.A. and has been down there for almost 2 and 1/2 weeks. I don't know if it has been the summer blues or what but it has been a tough having him
gone this time. I went with Amy, Paula, an Anna to a session and lunch at the Mt.Timpanogas temple and it was a very welcome break. Kayla bless her heart baby sat for 5 hours so I could enjoy myself. Event though
I have been a little fearful of our quiet summer( most of our traveling has been completed) we have had some really fun things come up. Frank and Drew dropped in one day, we went swimming with the Hunter cousins,
to the Scera pool an ice cream with Paisley's 4H group, a neighbor ice cream party, the Library multiple times, dress shopping with Kayla for a 16th birthday coming out party, warm cookies at Amy's, and general cleaning, shopping, and chores. Just a note on each of us. Michael stared down two attack dogs while out running and is preparing for the Spudman Triathlon in Burley next week, I went running with Kayla and actually made it a mile while she went on for three, Cami went to EFY in Santa Barbra with a friend and to her surprise was assigned next door to her two Hunter cousins from California (maybe, since they all had the same last name?), Kayla went to a debutante party and due to Michael being away Uncle Pete consented to present her, Paisely made money dog sitting and errand running, Alyssa sold lemonade yesterday in 98 degree weather and sold out in 40 minutes making $3.25 she was ecstatic, Andrew, Andrew, Andrew is the cutest little kid ever, he is talking saying please, thank you, and sorry and loves a DK Truck book we got him at the library, he knows the name of almost every piece of heavy machinery there is, Mindy is washed and pet able and makes us feel safe at night.
