Hunting for Another Week

Michael returned on Thursday night with a whirl wind of events.  Friday morning I enjoyed watching and getting to know Gavin, Sophie, and little Andrew as I watched them during the Melissa's graduation from BYU. Congratulations to Melissa !!!.   Cami had a her Prom day date Friday night and her dance date Saturday night.  She performed Saturday morning at State Solo festival and Michael and I both went to watch.  We raced back in time to catch Kayla running the 200 meter a rainy track meet at Orem High.  It always make me cry to see my kids putting their whole heart into what they are doing, or maybe it was just raining.  Saturday Cami had friends help her get ready for the dance.  Its always a fun girls day curling hair and doing make-up.  Paisely tested out a new Beach Cruiser bike to replace her stolen one.  She sure misses her freedom that her bike gave her.  Alyssa and her girlfriend put on a dance show.  They made the programs, tickets, sold concessions, performed, judged and were the MC's.  Michael, Andrew and I went and took the video camera. It was just good old-fashioned fun.  Today was Michael's birthday and it was busy but we had a nice lasagna dinner, salad and root beer floats.  I'm a little tired today but was glad to send some cinnamon rolls to Hayden's homecoming wishing I could have been there.  We so enjoy getting together with the family.  It sounded like there was a houseful.  Michael and Kayla both spoke on service in sacrament meeting so I guess we were here doing our part. Have a great week!!!
