After a very funny skit this morning at the assembly in front of Mountain View High, Joe was voted Student-body Vice-President. His running mate, Cory Morris, also won as President. It was a proud moment for all of us because Joe has come a long way and has worked hard for this for a long time. He'll be a great student-body officer and represent the school well. Joe went back and forth as to which office to run for. The girl he was dating was running for president and he didn't want to run against her, so he ran for VP, which pitted him against a very talented girl whose brother was student-body president last year. The skit Joe and his team produced probably tipped the scales. His team's video was also very funny and well done. So,we're proud of him. Here are some photos. Love, Shane |
