Our week in review! Michael left to return to San Jose Tuesday morning . He spent the day on Monday doing taxes and trying to get them in order.
Tuesday I drove him to the airport and started listening to NPR covering the inauguration. I listened all morning and then watched as much as Andrew would
let me. Right before Obama was sworn in Andrew insisted I turn off the T.V. because he wanted my attention. I was pretty impressed with the turn
our country has taken. I felt that had the Lord has been watching over these people for generations and now is bringing them out of obscurity. I was reminded of the scripture about
how the small and simple things will confound the wise and how the meek will inherit the earth. Just my opinion. Head colds and influenza have been the tag word of the week
Paisley and Kayla are the only two who haven't had it yet. Cami is out of school at noon now and has kept herself busy with getting things ready for schools. We discovered there was a hiccup in her
application for BYU so hopefully that can be remedied. Kayla attended her second track meet this week at Weber State. The track meets are all day events. She enjoys it and likes hanging with her friends that are all in track as well. She had a friend sleep over Friday night in order to catch the bus at 6 am. Paisley and Alyssa have been extending a hand of friendship to a new family who just moved next door from Las Vegas. They have children Paisley and Alyssa's age. We had movie night Friday night and have enjoyed getting to know them. Andrew is enjoying "The Moose and the Muffin" and "The Mouse and the Cookie", like wrestling and turns 3 this Saturday. Can you imagine?!!!!! Love it you all.
