I was just reading the Update and was sure that some unknown person had accidentally gotten on our blog site.  Who in the world is Bom Baller I thought.  Finally after a little investigation I determined it must be our Spencer and he is in Hawaii!!  Congratulations!  Please find a room with an extra bed and we will be over to stay with you.  Just joking of course.  What a fun experience.

    We have had a fun time with many coming to visit and to work on the house. I didn't have to cook for days thanks to Greshen, Mignon and Paula and Janet sending food.  This last weekend we had Kendrick and friend Megan and also Zan and Skylar, his friend J.T. and his friend Tory.  All went snowmobiling and sledding.  Kendrick and Megan clear to Sherman but not to the top.  The rest mostly up the canyon and down.     

    The program Sat. evening for the GVPA was a Celtic band and Irish dancers.  They were soo good.  The program was 2hrs and could have watched another two I believe.  We are so lucky to have such good programs here.  Between that, PTV and BYUTV, we don't feel too culturally deprived.

    Grandpa has been pulling the little boys and sometimes Maniah up the canyon so they can sled down but today the snow was so soft they could hardly go.  Kind of different weather for January.  But not complaining.

    I talked to Aunt Shirley today and she is doing fairly well.  Some after effects from the anesthesia but generally progressing well.

    Well, I can hear Grandpa upstairs playing his guitar and singing so think I will go join him.  I am torn as I am reading "Three Cups of Tea" and that is all I want to do!! Such compelling reading!  I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to better understand better the peoples of Pakistan and surrounding areas.

    We are soo excited to be great-grand-parents and wish the new parents well.  What a beautiful little boy!!   Just want to reach in the pictures and give him a kiss.
