Peter's Week

A very drama filled week at work.... highs and lows... but the net was a neutral score.  Probably like so much of life! The highs are when it looks like we are really going to succeed as a company and will provide a really cool solution to the entire world.  The lows are when we really tick people off because something didn't work the way they had been lead to believe it would.  It's really really low when I have to tell people that it's awesome when I know it has problems.... I'm just not a good salesman! I'm keeping a detailed blog but it has to be private for now as people can get fired for things they say online....maybe someday it will be a book--a good book about how this billion dollar company was created out of chaos!  As was pointed out on the positive side, last year we did our first live event in Hawaii and it was a total disaster.  This month, we have 468 live events on the schedule including all the NFL games, Conference, and others.  So, that's progress.

Had a short trip home and enjoyed the family and cool fall weather.  Did a little work on the house.  Dan and Ben were there jacking up the one wall that has sagged.  It's coming and mostly left is mud, tape and paint.  We're hoping to get it done soon as the weather is chilling and today the heaters and furnace came on.  I finished up painting the east bedroom in my house...the walls are a green/gray and one south wall is wild manzenitta (dark plum red)... looks good.  This week maybe the west room.

The attached picture is one that Ruth Lee Harris had and let us scan it.  Can you guess who it is? It's Dad and Aunt Carlie riding a calf.  The caption on the back said, "This is how Grant gets the cows in.  Taken on the corner."
