We had a great week having Michael come home Wed.for the weekend. Thursday Michael, Paisley, and I spent the day at Shriners Hospital for a scoliosos appointment. We were very inpressed with the spirit of the hospital and the professionality and concern of the staff. They are very comprehensive in what they do. The appointment went a little longer than we expected so a Thanks to Merrily for watching Andrew for 7 hours wich was really suposed to be 5.We also enjoyed a doughtnut from Danbury Doughnuts. Great little spot in Salt Lake if you are ever there.
Friday and Saturday were pretty much spent getting ready for the Kayla's big Masquerade Ball birthday party, decorations, mask making, refreshment retrieving,and hair updos.I was so grateful for the all the help and support of so many of the family. A big Thanks to Uncle Dave for providing the building and everyone from decor to cleanup. Kayla said she wanted this to be a family and friends event and I truly felt it turned out to be exactly that. A big Thanks to Uncle Pete to for putting together the YouTube clip. I thought after I watched it, "Pete did it again." We appreciate his time in being able to share special events with everyone.
